Do Not Book With This BROKER!!
I recently booked a reefer load with this broker, and it was a disaster. First, they incorrectly stated the pickup location, which was actually 180 miles away. Then, at delivery time, we were made to wait for 9 hours while our reefer ran continuously, and they never paid us for that. The load was a complete loss and a waste of time.
This broker engages in a lot of mismanagement. When you try to call them, they don’t respond. They sit in their office with the AC on and unlimited food, while the driver waits in the open sun, helpless, begging the receiver to unload. Please don’t book a load with them unless you want to experience complete misery and remind yourself why life is not worth living.
