I would like to warn other companies about a dishonest customer we recently worked with. After accepting multiple loads, this individual refused to pay the invoice while working with our company as a dispatcher. He stopped responding to our communications, offering excuses for delayed payments, and even went as far as setting up voicemail to avoid our calls.
We have substantial evidence, including recordings, rate confirmations, and proof of delivery (PODs). This person accepted our workload for two weeks, and after that period, he began making excuses regarding payment and has since avoided any further communication.
I strongly advise caution when working with this individual to avoid similar issues

We have recently encountered a fraudulent situation where scammers have submitted a fake report to one of our dedicated carriers, threatening to demand $1,800 unless the report is removed. These individuals are attempting to extort money through false claims.
Be vigilant and aware – do not engage with these scammers under any circumstances. If you come across similar situations, please report them immediately.
We expected retaliation from this carrier after we put a freight guard on them for double brokering a couple of our loads and not paying the carriers. We paid MCL Transport and also paid the Carriers that delivered the loads, due to MCL Transport not paying them.
They booked a load with us, went to the pick up location and then give a lot of excuses not to load. Never sent pictures that he was on site, then he asked for TONU and ask for another load on a different area for today morning.

I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and fraudulent behaviour exhibited by ABC VISIONS UNLIMITED INC. We provided them with great load services as agreed upon, and despite fulfilling our end of the agreement, they have failed to pay the outstanding invoice.
Numerous attempts to contact them for payment have been ignored, and they have not provided any valid reasons for withholding payment. This kind of unethical conduct is not only unacceptable but also damages trust and credibility in professional partnerships.
I strongly caution others against working with Mr  WILLIAM EDWARD BREW unless full payment is secured upfront. Their lack of integrity and accountability is a serious red flag.
I hope they resolve this matter soon and take responsibility for their actions.
Criminal wire fraud and unauthorized transport holding a load hostage
Assigned a load to Quality Transport  for $1750 they gave it to Old Glory Logistics INC MC # 1638771 Who Assigned it to Landry's  Construction  Services LLC for $4300. Then talked my customer into wiring the $1750 to them before it was delivered Landry's showed up and asked if the wire was sent, which it was, the driver called Donny and then told the customer he had to pay cash $4300 or they would drive away with the $75000 piece of equipment the customer called the police with would do nothing said it was civil. The customer paid I lost the customer and Donny called me and proceeded to threaten me with violence. He  was aware of the scam.Driver DL below and Donny
So you wanted him to drop the load for free?  Police didn't do anything because we completed a job and you didn't want to pay.  Double brokering is illegal.  Your customer hired you because he trusted you to take care of his equipment.  You didn't, that is why you lost your customer.  We have gotten ripped off numerous times by this kind of thing.  We will do whatever it takes to avoid not getting paid.
