This Owner is very dependable, and provide exceptional service!

Booked a Load like 3 Months ago, Still waiting for payment. We sent them POD but they say it is not clear than we reached out to the receiver and request for a signed BOL with a better quality they provided us still they did not approved the payment after that we reached out to the receiver again and asked for the 100 % visibility of BOL, they provide us with the best quality of BOL with receiver sign on it but they never approved the payment.  
We tried to reach out Navajo and the broker but they never picked up the call. The broker is Gracie Brukket, she never responded back to the emails not picking up the call.
This is absolutely Ridicolous I would suggest y'all never to book loads with them specially when the rate is high.
THEY  DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CARRIERS I NEVER EXPECTED SUCH NEGLIGENCE FROM SUCH A BIG BROKER LIKE NAVAJO.

THEY WERE LATE FOR CRANE APPOINTMENT, THEY CHANGED THEIR ETA FROM 8AM TO 10AM, THEM TO 1PM, THEN TO 3PM, AND WHEN I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO REACH OUT THE DRIVER AFTER 10TH ATTEMPT, HE ADVISED ME HIS ETA IS 8PM, NOBODY FROM THEIR COMPANY ANSWERS THE PHONE CALLS, EVEN THE  COMPANY OWNER

We as a company try to give the best service possible but in the area we have snow storms and accidents that hinder the passage of transport, we are very sorry but you must understand this. We send you updates all the time but if you have experience unfortunately there are times in this job when these problems arise.

BEWARE OF THIS CARRIER IN Los Angeles , CA - HHM INTERNATIONAL Shriak Sharma. Exercise extreme caution when engaging with this carrier. I recommend IMMEDIATE removal from approved carrier lists. I want to bring in light the wrongdoings of a carrier I was working with in LA/LB - HHM International HHM International The loss we incurred because of them was not just monetary but it also costed our reputation in front of the client and one of my colleague lost his job over this. Because of them, multiple loads were compromised and they have this consistent pattern of professional misconduct. Initially they were handling our loads really well. I gave him multiple containers in LA. They were set up on quick pay and were paid timely for each shipment. But after a month or so, the company started acting up. The dispatchers started ignoring calls, there were no timely updates about any of the shipments. Every day they used to come up with silly excuses for not pulling the containers on time.

I'm extremely devastated because of the unprofessional behaviour of the carrier that he hasn't paid the invoice of yet because we have to update the accounts and gross out for the employees the kids do their work and the carriers can't return the money until the recovery dates so it's saddening writing off this review for some closure.

This individual refused to pay for dispatch services, broke commitments, and behaved unethically. Completely unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

We provided dispatch services to this trucking company but have not been paid for our work. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, the owner has been unresponsive and failed to fulfill his commitments. Initially, he claimed he would settle the invoices immediately when we took action, but he has not followed through. This behavior demonstrates unethical and unprofessional conduct. I would advise others to proceed with caution when dealing with this company.

This company is highly untrustworthy and unethical. I strongly advise against working with them under any circumstances. The owner is completely unprofessional and engages in fraudulent activities, exploiting others for their services without any intention of paying for them.
Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite providing them with high-quality services, they blatantly refused to settle payments, leaving us frustrated and unpaid for our hard work. Their dishonesty and lack of integrity are appalling.
If you value your time, effort, and money, stay far away from this company. It is run by individuals who lack basic ethics and professionalism, making it impossible to trust them. I would not recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances.

Jordan does not pay, he has a million excuses and lies about reasons he cannot pay.  He charged us fees for a 48 quick pay. Some paid weeks later, some partial and some not at all. When we requested the fees back since the contract was not met he told me he would not pay them. He still owes us money on loads we ran for him. Seriously one of the worst brokers we have ever dealt with.
