In September, our agent assigned 1 Hotshot Logistics in error in our system. Payment was sent to them through TriumphPay on 9/18 and was immediately Quickpaid to the carrier. At the end of November, the correct carrier reached out to us due to not receiving payment on the load they moved. We did some research on our end and our agent texted Kenneth/Kisha regarding the issue on 12/4. They said they would look into it - a follow up was done via email on 12/8. Kenneth replied on 12/11 that the money would be returned within 30 days. Follw up emails were sent on 1/8 and 1/14 and a voicemail was left on 1/13 with no response from Kenneth/Kisha - We are reporting on every platform and pursuing this with our legal team - Amount owed from 1 Hotshot is $1250

Beware of who you're working with. Terrible business ethic!
