We did not fail to resolve your matter, we refused. The reason we refused is because the carrier who is paying for your collections services, incurred a major claim with our customer which resulted in a cargo claim / bodily injuries to the forklift driver. Your client/carrier drove off with the forklift driver inside the trailer causing him to fall out of the trailer. Also worth mentioning, is that you tried to collect from our customers, but they also refused to pay as we have a strong basis for holding your client's/carrier's payment. See attached pics related to the carrier claim. The carrier will be paid only once the insurance claim is fully settled.

This is clearly a fraudulent situation. The carrier that accepted the load in question from Davison and Sons was paid and paid within terms. Davison and Sons has a carrier agreement with the carrier who accepted the load from Davison and Sons.  Unfortunately, the carrier who claims they actually delivered the load accepted the load from a false broker which is nowhere to be found so the people who are defaming Davison and Sons reputation are trying to collect any way they can for their client, the carrier who never got paid.  Davison and Sons has no connection nor anything stating they accepted the load from Davison and Sons.
