Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It appears that someone may be fraudulently using our MC number. KPS Freight Brokerage LLC is not operational yet, as we are still in the process of setting up. I also received a call from a carrier regarding a load posted under our MC, which was not done by us.

If you see any loads posted under our MC, please contact us immediately at 502-754-2983 or email us at info@kpsfreightbrokerage.com. We take such matters seriously and want to clarify that KPS Freight Brokerage does not engage in double brokering. Unfortunately, scammers seem to be attempting to misuse our information.

We appreciate your feedback and vigilance in bringing this issue to light.

Company is Rebrokering Loads Without Authority/Awareness of Customers -- Causing Nonpayment* Alleged
Beware, this company is apparently connected with Freight Logic LLC (MC#1283853), causing issues of nonpayment with shipper, receivers, and underlying carriers.
Broker refused to accept accountability for their "Co-broker's" illegal actions of re-brokering freight and failing to pay its carriers. The delivering carriers on EST's loads have not been paid and this broker put the shipper/receiver at risk of being sued by delivering carrier.
