DOUBLE BROKER
THEY USE MC1032623 TO GET LOADS FROM BROKER AND USE THIS MC TO BROKER THEM OUT. THIS WAY THEY DOUBLE BROKERED 3 OF OUR LOADS, ONE WAS PAID BY US DIRECTLY TO THE HAULING CARRIER AND OTHER 2 LOADS WERE DONE IN MAY AND THEY STILL HAVENT PAID THE HAULING CARRIER.

THEY DOUBLE BROKERED 3 OF OUR CROSS-BORDER LOADS. ONE OF THEM WAS TRIPLE BROKERED AND WE DO BUSINESS WITH THE HAULING CARRIER SO WE PAID THEM DIRECTLY BUT OTHER 2 LOADS, THEY DID NOT PAY THE HAULING CARRIER AND THE CARRIER WHO DID THE LOAD IS ASKING US AND THE SHIPPER FOR PAYMENT ON LOAD THEY DID BACK IN MAY GIVEN TO THEM BY MAPLE EAGLE. THEY USE THEIR OTHER MC1540666 TO BROKER OUT THE LOADS.

Dear FreightGuard Team,

I am writing in response to the report from Ascent Global Logistics regarding shipment Load 60255742.

Our insurance provider has determined that the cargo policy does not cover this loss, and a disclaimer has been issued. Notably, no inspection was conducted at delivery, and the majority of the load was accepted without issue, raising doubts about the claim.

Additionally, we believe there is insufficient evidence to establish that damages occurred while the cargo was in our possession. Therefore, AGS Xpress Delivery LLC does not accept liability for the claimed amount of $6,622.75.

1. Insurance Findings Our insurance provider has denied coverage for this loss, indicating that the policy did not apply to this situation. A disclaimer has been issued.
2. Condition at Delivery No inspection was conduct

Be careful, they’re a SCAM!
What kind of company can’t provide you with a photo of the truck and trailer they’re going to use? Then they send you a fake COI and insult you when you point out something seems off about their company. Be careful, they’re a SCAM!

Ghosted me on morning of PU
Nancy ghosted me on the moring of pick up. took me 45 min just to get one response on an email. she said her driver is having issues at the delivery and that was the last i heard from her. she even gave me fake driver info and a fake number.

I wasn't trying to give you a fake number. It was a typo. I emailed you at 7am from home that my driver was having issues. Then when I was pulling into the parking lot at 7:55 I told you I didn't give you a fake number and would confirm it as soon as I walked up to the office.  By the time I walked up, you said you had recovered it. I just needed some time for the other broker to figure it out. I was not trying to cancel the load, only keeping you updated. My driver did end up getting unloaded.
