I am writing in response to the report from Ascent Global Logistics regarding shipment Load 60255742.

Our insurance provider has determined that the cargo policy does not cover this loss, and a disclaimer has been issued. Notably, no inspection was conducted at delivery, and the majority of the load was accepted without issue, raising doubts about the claim.

Additionally, we believe there is insufficient evidence to establish that damages occurred while the cargo was in our possession. Therefore, AGS Xpress Delivery LLC does not accept liability for the claimed amount of $6,622.75.

This company did a load for us back in March and has been giving us the run around for a refund of 1800 dollars. Greg assured me that we would get paid 3 weeks ago and now does not answer or pick up his phone

What kind of company can’t provide you with a photo of the truck and trailer they’re going to use? Then they send you a fake COI and insult you when you point out something seems off about their company. Be careful, they’re a SCAM!

Nancy ghosted me on the moring of pick up. took me 45 min just to get one response on an email. she said her driver is having issues at the delivery and that was the last i heard from her. she even gave me fake driver info and a fake number.

I wasn't trying to give you a fake number. It was a typo. I emailed you at 7am from home that my driver was having issues. Then when I was pulling into the parking lot at 7:55 I told you I didn't give you a fake number and would confirm it as soon as I walked up to the office.  By the time I walked up, you said you had recovered it. I just needed some time for the other broker to figure it out. I was not trying to cancel the load, only keeping you updated. My driver did end up getting unloaded.

Got emails from shanewilliams.aws@gmail.com & shawnmason.dts@gmail.com both giving me this carriers MC number.  Both went silent when questioned.
