Watch out for this carrier company. The dispatchers do not communicate accordingly and when they do it's a lie about picking up the vehicle. I was told the driver broke down and all was fixed and would pick up the next day. 2nd day no update and I called the driver said he was waiting for part. 3rd time dispatcher said the vehicle would be picked up in the evening. I asked if they contacted the pickup contact and they lied as well twice. The shipper said he never received a call from anyone else besides me. If you want to lose a customer, press your luck!!
All Brokers stay away from this carrier! Once they accept the load in Central they will find a way contact the pickup and delivery location prior to ETA and deal directly with the shipper. The driver did not answer or respond our calls/texts. The dispatcher told us they loaded the vehicles and sent pictures then stopped answering. We are not against anyone finding clients but interfering with a contract is different! As a broker we spend time searching for customers and following up to get a load secured. We do not respect anyone being sneaky and sleazing their way into a sale!! We would hate for you to go through the same issue dealing with these types of people so BEWARE!
Brokers Beware of this Carrier - Unprofessional and Lack of Ethic
Brokers stay away from this carrier. They will be a pain to deal with. Michael (driver) was very polite and even begged for the load but once assigned he was were very disrespectful and disregarded the instructions on the BOL. The driver was very problematic and stopped communication with me cause I reminded him they needed to comply with delivery process specified by the client. It got to the point where his dad had to call because he threw a tantrum fit  (very sad); who was also very childish needless to say. Once the unit was delivered and the driver sent the docs I advised about following up with the cash app payment from the shipper. Michael responded via email that he was going to factor the load and to cancel the cash app. I advised the shipper to wire us the payment so we can deal with factoring company. The carrier later that evening decided to ask for zelle payment. I advised they would have to wait for payment and decided to put a claim on our bond. Stay away bad business!!
The carrier put a negative review in CD and stated we changed the rate and never communicated which is not true. We were skeptical about this company when we were contacted by 5 different numbers and did not get a clear response on ETA for pickup. We advised them we were going to cancel and to find another load. We did not feel comfortable putting our customer in any possible situations. It was never about the carrier pay otherwise they would of cancelled the load immediately or never accepted in central dispatch. It would be best to have one dispatcher work on each load to avoid any misperceptions.
Unreliable, unprofessional and lies about why they didn't pick up the load on time!
The driver requested the order on 12/01 and it was assigned on 12/02. He said it would be picked up on 12/03 in the afternoon; however that never happened. I called him at 6pm and said he just arrived in Dallas and would grab the SUV after making a couple deliveries in the evening which was fine because the storage yard was open 24/7. He never communicated so I called and texted him at 11pm and said the SUV would be picked up in morning cause he needed unloading assistance for a bike he hauled. I never heard back again so I texted him. The customer asked me to cancel the driver due to lack of professionalism. We re-assigned the order to another driver and was picked up within 30 minutes as he stated.
Do not do business with this carrier; not only does he lie about ETA for pickup but will also make up lies to justify his lack of care and professionalism. He left us a negative review on central dispatch and states we paid another carrier less for the load which is also a lie.  
My name is Oscar from FS Logistics LLC and I was referred from my repeat customer Eric Sager to contact the owner of Green Tree Nursery, Phillip Edwards to transport a Bobcat T650 skid steer from 3521 Somerset Pike Johnstown, PA 15905 to a job site they are working on at 180 Broadcast Drive Spartanburg, SC 29303. We picked up the unit on 10/04 in the evening around 4pm and sent him a picture of the unit on the trailer; shortly after we requested the deposit payment of $150.00. Phillip Edwards responded and said he would make the payment in the morning. I've called a few times where he answered and confirmed he would make the payment and at the moment we have not received anything. We picked up the unit in a timely manner and delivered accordingly ensuring it was secured properly and insured during the trip. All we ask for is to honor his word and pay the service that was provided. I'm sure he does not like having to chase someone to make payment for a job he's performed!! Still waiting
