The carrier put a negative review in CD and stated we changed the rate and never communicated which is not true. We were skeptical about this company when we were contacted by 5 different numbers and did not get a clear response on ETA for pickup. We advised them we were going to cancel and to find another load. We did not feel comfortable putting our customer in any possible situations. It was never about the carrier pay otherwise they would of cancelled the load immediately or never accepted in central dispatch. It would be best to have one dispatcher work on each load to avoid any misperceptions.
