Warning About Fraudulent Client – Beware of This Scammer
I want to alert fellow businesses about a fraudulent client we recently encountered. This individual engaged our company for dispatch services but then refused to pay the invoice after taking multiple loads. He made numerous excuses regarding payment and ultimately stopped responding, even setting up voicemail to avoid our calls.
He booked loads using the same phone number and email associated with his MC number on FMCSA. We have substantial evidence, including recordings, rate confirmations, and proof of deliveries (PODs). We will be reporting this case to FMCSA, brokers, and his factoring and insurance companies. After This he will be reported to FMCSA, Brokers, Factoring & Insurance too.
This is a serious case of fraud, and I strongly advise other companies to steer clear of him. If anyone requires proof of this scam, please reach out to me at alexwolf.cl@gmail.com, and I’ll be happy to share the evidence.
Stay vigilant and protect your business from scammers like this!
As you can see this company is constantly trying to use different emails and names to bash a business that is not up and running. I never did deliveries for this dispatching company. THEY ARE THE REAL SCAMMERS!

I want to warn fellow businesses about this fraudulent client we recently dealt with. This individual worked with our company for dispatch services but refused to pay the invoice after taking several loads. He has made excuses about payments and then stopped responding, even going as far as setting up voicemail to avoid our calls.
He booked loads using the same phone number and email registered under his MC number on FMCSA, and we have proof, including recordings, rate confirmations, and proof of deliveries (PODs). Despite this, he falsely claims he's not the owner of the MC or that someone else is using it.
This is a serious case of fraud, and I strongly advise other companies to avoid working with him. If anyone needs proof of this scam, feel free to reach out at jamessnow.cl@gmail.com, and I’ll gladly share the evidence.

You guys are the real scammers. 1 person jump on the phone telling me one percentage rate and another would email about a different percentage. After turning you down your boss or whoever said he’ll do a week free to see how it works. I did 1 week & was still charged. You guys are the scammers & also using other people information.
