No Call No Show. Unethical & Deceptive Business Practice
We booked a load with Yasin Inc from Houston Tx to Newport News, VA.
The dispatcher Adi Moisii. The load is for Friday (31st May) pick up, but he told me his truck got damaged in a road accident through email and he will pick it up on Monday (3rd June). We had fixed an appointment for Tuesday (4th June) earlier but now we made it for Wednesday (5th June).
Monday, he told me his truck is getting empty and after that he'll pick up my load. I was calling and emailing him to get the correct information but after waiting the whole day I got an email from him that the truck will not get empty today and again he is not able to pick up the load because the person he is dealing not answering his call.
They don’t even care to respond back on time. You need to call them again and again on your own, sending emails from your end.
It’s been Tuesday now and no update from him yet. I have to cancel the load and even lost my client because of their carelessness and delays in their response.
