I want to warn fellow businesses about this fraudulent client we recently dealt with. This individual worked with our company for dispatch services but refused to pay the invoice after taking several loads. He has made excuses about payments and then stopped responding, even going as far as setting up voicemail to avoid our calls.

He booked loads using the same phone number and email registered under his MC number on FMCSA, and we have proof, including recordings, rate confirmations, and proof of deliveries (PODs). Despite this, he falsely claims he's not the owner of the MC or that someone else is using it.

This is a serious case of fraud, and I strongly advise other companies to avoid working with him. If anyone needs proof of this scam, feel free to reach out at Jamessnow.cl@gmail.com, and I’ll gladly share the evidence.

By the way I have government contracts with lower rates than your don’t worry imma report you to the fmcsa for taking advantage of disabled people. James Snow such a fake name by the way ridiculous. Look I’m a rip off but was just messaging me on October 10th seeing if I needed a load man your a liar mad because I don’t wanna work with your company.
