Our lawyer is working on serving this company and we have issued a claim against there bond. I called Taylor their dispatcher for updates on payments because the Account phone number goes straight to voice mail. I have tried every phone number I, my team and now lawyers to no avail. We have sent a Formal Demand Letter for payment to also no response. Today we called that Number they have for dispatch and its disconnected.
They state Net 30 on there paperwork and they have excided that Agreement of Net 30 for payment.
My trucks have cameras and iv reached out to each truck that was loaded along side us for this specific load and we weren't the only truck not being paid, all communication has seized and none of them have been paid, all to which was relayed to our Lawyer to build a case against this company in hopes to sue them and seize there fraudulent actives.  
we did a load back in September for them and now after looking at the paperwork we should have stayed clear. the BOL indicates another transportation company. we booked because they were approved with our factoring company but now the phone number for the broker is disconnected, the billing company continues to go straight to voicemail and they still havent paid and its been almost 90 days!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!
Had to file against their bond. Then found out that they were being double brokered thru LV Home Services LLC.
Got paid when I called LV and told them I know what they'd done.
We have not and do not double broker freight. We have no association to any other company. This company had never contacted our main line or accounting line ever for payment. We were contacted by LV however LV did not contract us to broker this shipment. We would of still brokered it had they did. We work with many trucking companies and shippers to recover shipments. We move hundreds of shipments weekly and human error is a thing. If I had been contacted directly from the number on your rate confirmation and the number in FMSCA like I was from the carrier that was bothered about it when you sent the paperwork to them, I would have made sure you were paid on this all the same. Which was within 5 minutes from the time I saw the clerical issue.
