Nancy ghosted me on the moring of pick up. took me 45 min just to get one response on an email. she said her driver is having issues at the delivery and that was the last i heard from her. she even gave me fake driver info and a fake number.
I wasn't trying to give you a fake number. It was a typo. I emailed you at 7am from home that my driver was having issues. Then when I was pulling into the parking lot at 7:55 I told you I didn't give you a fake number and would confirm it as soon as I walked up to the office.  By the time I walked up, you said you had recovered it. I just needed some time for the other broker to figure it out. I was not trying to cancel the load, only keeping you updated. My driver did end up getting unloaded.
