The worst company to work with!
We assigned a load yesterday, and everything seemed fine. I tried calling the dispatcher, but he never answered. Today, I woke up to the surprise that they want to cancel with no explanation. Now, I can't send a new carrier to pick up the load because there are no appointments available at the auction. Every day, this delay is costing about $40. Please avoid using this company if possible — it's a scam.
