Broker refused to accept accountability for their carrier’s illegal actions of brokering freight without a license. The delivering carrier on the load was not paid and this broker put the shipper/receiver at risk of being sued by delivering carrier.
Hello Amanda again , first of all i didn't not scam!! your carrier that you got hired by 2nd I didnt not make any agreement with your carrier or you,Your carrier got scammed by another broker that double sold my load , I have been in business 15 years on carrier side im not here to steal no one money!! but at sometime i will not pay for anything that's not my fault, Your carrier driver called me that day for a pick up number and i gave to him without that he wont get loaded , 2nd i made agreement with a carrier i booked a load with that I would pay him half at pick up half at deliver with a efs code, its normal thing to do in trucking. I was nice enough to offer you $800 for this load because i left bad that you got scammed because i already paid this load out on my end for $1300, Its not my fault or my customer they got scammed by someone else .I have all the proof that i paid this load out to the carrier that delivered my load thats on my rate con .
