THEY WERE LATE FOR CRANE APPOINTMENT, THEY CHANGED THEIR ETA FROM 8AM TO 10AM, THEM TO 1PM, THEN TO 3PM, AND WHEN I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO REACH OUT THE DRIVER AFTER 10TH ATTEMPT, HE ADVISED ME HIS ETA IS 8PM, NOBODY FROM THEIR COMPANY ANSWERS THE PHONE CALLS, EVEN THE  COMPANY OWNER
We as a company try to give the best service possible but in the area we have snow storms and accidents that hinder the passage of transport, we are very sorry but you must understand this.
