We did not fail to resolve your matter, we refused. The reason we refused is because the carrier who is paying for your collections services, incurred a major claim with our customer which resulted in a cargo claim / bodily injuries to the forklift driver. Your client/carrier drove off with the forklift driver inside the trailer causing him to fall out of the trailer. Also worth mentioning, is that you tried to collect from our customers, but they also refused to pay as we have a strong basis for holding your client's/carrier's payment.
