DO NOT USE - SSP picked up a load in Houston on 05/09 and said they would deliver on 05/13 as they would cross the border over the weekend. On Monday we find out the carrier actually had not left the US yet and the driver had only driven 300 miles since he picked the load up. The carrier reassured us they would have the load delivered on Wednesday. On Wednesday, more excuses and difficulties getting ahold of anyone to get answers. Thursday even more excuses to the point we would call their dispatch and get bounced around from dispatcher to dispatcher with no answers. Every time we turn around, they give nothing but excuses and apologies for the miscommunication and delays but no straight answers. Finally, Thursday at 6pm the driver shows up to deliver our shipment and the carrier delivering our load is not the carrier that picked up our load, New England Steel Haulers was the carrier that delivered.
