The driver was at the shipper for over 5 hours , following all protocols regarding detention request on time. And this agent (David K) assured us that we will get detention for the extra 3 hours. Come to find out the agent failed to follow-up and place the detention in the order. He did not even mention it to the customer. He failed to cooperate and follow through with his word. I have been requesting an update for over 2 weeks and still have not received a response. I am not sure if he is still working with this broker. Its a good thing they paid the bill. I would be extra caution doing any business with this agent.

Don't work with them they will only waste time in the end you have to recover the load. We already put a Freight Guard on this Mc be aware.

This company has just started but has moved a few loads brilliantly with no false commitments and on time deliveries, safely.

They are letting scammers use their truckstop user to find loads and scam people

This company was booked by us to move a load for a direct customer. The customer was only able to make full payment on delivery, this carrier signed rate con agreeing they would send my agents Broker fee of $100 back. it's been almost a month and they have not done so. Gave excuse that the "dispatcher" had a passing in their family. We've heard of every excuse. They were also reported in TRUCKSTOP, I recommend not to use them. They are toooo fcking poor they cannot return my agents bf. It's sad.

I have loaded this carrier 5 times on a steady lane I have that brings them back to their home area.  After the 4th load I took them off my list and stopped offering them the load.  I recently didnt have any regulars available and posted the load on DAT.  They hit me up and I told the person that I didnt offer them the load because of how they treated me on communicating.  She says she gets it and will do better.  As soon as I sent the rate con I then had to start pulling info out instead of them just telling me that yes it got loaded.  I told them up front I had to get a truck from Mexico to cross the border and take the freight they were delivering so I need notice to book that truck.  That just went in one ear and out the other.  There are just too many carriers to put up with this.

Driver pulled right out in front of me in a 55 mph zone from Treehouse Foods in Princeton, KY. Had to brake hard to keep from hitting him/her. I took pics of his rig at closest stoplight. I have USDOT number, license plate number, KYU number and MC number. This driver is careless at the minimum.

This Carrier is a double broker. If your report anything on Carrier411 they will harass you, shippers, receivers, threaten you, essentially blackmailing you into removing the report. They will fraudulently create fake emails from Attorney's and send to hundreds of Carriers, create scam loads with your contact information so carriers are continuously calling. Several other Brokers have confirmed their actions. FMCSA, DOT & authorities have reports on this Carrier for this activity.  

This company was placed out of service but is now trying to do "business" by posing as a dispatching service for freight brokerages. The latest brokerage that this fraudster is claiming to be is called Freight Ridge Logistics LLC. I'm the owner of Freight Ridge Logistics LLC and I was alerted by several people who told me that a guy name Kent (or James) with Hybrid Haulers LLC reached out to them, via text, in an attempt to sell them a lane or a "slot" for $325.00. He then sent them a rate confirmation using my company's name and DOT#. THIS IS A SCAM. Freight Ridge Logistics LLC has no ties or connections with Hybrid Haulers LLC.
