They are not the good guy working in the market, they don't know how to talk with somebody. So, I want you'll to stay away of this company and avoid using them to move your freights. This is for all of the market brokers to not use this company in order to save your freights.

That coming  for the guy that wants  to lie and be very disrespectful  and rude  and talk bad about my company  for not wanting  to work that cheep  and not want to give any important information about  any prelavalent  loads   I just don't haul cheep fright

Same old story truck breaks down vehicle arrives late, almost 70 additional miles put on vehicle nearly $5000 damage. Turbo haul did file a claim with their insurance company but as yet to send adequate information to their provider. This has gone on for over two months now and still the claim has not been paid. I would not do business with this company ever!!

I can confidently say they are the best transportation service I’ve ever experienced. From start to finish, their professionalism and efficiency were evident.

This broker will not pay you, stay away.

We recently brokered a load to AIKEN LOGISTICS PROS LLC, which was picked up August 7, 2024 in Gary, IN. Shortly after the carrier picked up the load, we received an email demanding immediate payment through EFS or ZELLE, or they would refuse to deliver the load. This raised immediate red flags.

Upon contacting the shipper, we discovered that the freight was not signed for by Aiken Logistics Pro LLC. Instead, Aiken Logistics Pro LLC. had given the load to another broker claiming to be ZIPLINE LOGISTICS LLC., who then brokered it out to JOY TRUCKING. Aiken Logistics Pros LLC. demanded upfront payment through EFS or Zelle before delivery.
