This broker failed to resolve an open claim with our office.  Broker used unsubstantiated reasoning to not pay our carriers invoice.

They will post FG report for no reason. Stay away

BOOKED A LOAD WITH ME, GAVE THEM THE DETAILS, EVERYTHING.
AFTER 1 HOUR I SENT THE RCON HE IS SAYING THAT HIS DRIVER CANNOT DO IT BECUASE TO MANY MILES FOR THE PRICE. THEY HAD THE DETAILS, EVERYTHNIG AND YET THEY GAVE ME A CANCEL.

Now I been around for 4 yrs no claims no fall off done delivery over 5000 load and never ran into this problem this broke had 800 miles that turn into 1500 miles for 1900 I don’t know why he got mad that my dispatch didn’t take the load and now he’s upset because we want move cheap freight stop trying pocket majority of the money and your job will get done

We assigned a load to them on 23rd of September, yesterday we had a call from another driver from EE Transport LLC advising that they got the load assign to them paying $2500 and we only were paying $950 to them. He said the load was assigned by APG Global and he was not able to take the load for that amount. He contacted the client at delivery and that's when he realized this was a double broker situation.

We provided a load back in August 23rd they delivered the load and 2 days later the driver called asking for his payment. They used another company to give the loads to carriers and after we pay them, they don't pay the actual driver who deliver the load. McAlpin Allen Marshall 740-520-5305
