We were double brokered with this MC number and company information being used. Companys number on file do not answer and do not work

Load was booked Sasha at 0730 in the morning for an empty truck 25 miles away in fort worth. After15x emails and calls to get the tracking started it still never was. I finally spoke to the driver and he said he was never on the load and knows nothing about it. I tried calling Sasha back and got sent to voicemail. I later get a email with lies about not able to pick. It is clear they tried to double broker and the truck fell through. Do not trust or do business with them

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with Momo & Co, and it’s become clear that their service is consistently unreliable. They have a troubling habit of showing up late and frequently canceling booked loads without adequate notice.

On several occasions, they’ve arrived hours past the scheduled time, causing significant disruptions to my shipping schedule. The most frustrating part is their tendency to cancel or reschedule loads at the last minute, leaving me scrambling to find alternatives. Their lack of communication about these changes only adds to the frustration.

Despite trying to work with them, the pattern of poor service has been a major inconvenience and has cost me both time and money. It’s clear that Momo & Co struggles with basic logistics and customer service. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a trucking company that values punctuality and reliability.
