First off this company is a joke if there staff really did there own search they would find out the history but not all in on google. Jordan is really sweet and Lilly but I feel bad that there going down with this company they should leave now. First this company will not pay guys they have a system that don’t help you succeed I promise, if you ever here the words WE ARE ON VACATION or something like you have to go through ACCOUNTING OR YEAH WE DONT USE THAT APP OR DEADHEAD 5/HRS on your dime and it’s late with this just sleep there and we will talk tomorrow even when you haul but to get there 11hr drive or whatever not one person cares. Worst thing lies about insurance please check yourself don’t listen to no one!! Avoid using this company for shipping services. They engaged in double-brokering our freight, showcasing unprofessionalism and causing significant inconvenience. We strongly advise against utilizing their services. Capital City Appliance Couriers, DOT #4179534, MC # 1608933. They were also using emails from Jimccac@gmail.com and dispatchtruck225@gmail.com. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Broker put false and negative report after working with our own insurance and their claim was denied. Stay away from them they will make up lies and try to screw you over.

This report is retaliation for the below legitimate report.
Carrier loaded paper rolls in IN 10/25/23. A different trailer arrived for delivery in WA 11/1/23, the rolls were obviously transloaded without a clamp truck. A claim was filed with carrier and carrier's ins. Despite photographic evidence and changed trailer, carriers privately hired adjustor Adam Blagg is claiming it is a fraudulent claim. Progressive denied claim as well. We have passed this to our legal council and this carrier is permanently DNU - Feel free to reach out for specifics 732-587-4000 X 101

Delivery on time

March 14, 2024 a load was picked from two locations, upon delivery, the delivery address was incorrect.  The Broker could not be reached by phone at all, and responded after an extended period of time via email. The load was delivered March 15, 2024.  The expected time frame for payment of this order was 3-5 business days.  On the third business day, 3/20/24, the Business Manager, emailed Haaris McKinney requesting an update, no response received, on 3/21/24 a second email was sent requesting an update, still no response. Now we are on Friday, 3/22/24 three more emails were sent requesting a time of payment, the only response was "I will send you proof of payment". We still do not know when payment is or even will be received.
Later 3/22/24 an emailed attachment was forwarded to DAS B Enterprises, LLC, this was supposed to be proof of payment via Chase Bank Business Online, However, after further investigation it was found that Chase Bank does not have a relationship with this company

Confirmed Double broker. We worked with Drew for a load from AL to FL, upon reaching the pickup, the shipper had another carrier for the shipment. They never took our call on their "direct line" and we got contacted by the real brokerage for this load, they confirmed double brokerage and offered us the real rate for the load. Stay away from them!!
