I need some help, please. This broker didnt pay for the job we did for him from Seattle, WA to Miami, FL. Im filing a claim against his bond but the insurance company is asking me for their accountings' email address and I dont have it. Can someone help me, please?

The carrier took a load for us, and during transit, the driver straightened a curve and went off-road. We have to retrieve the load from another carrier. Once everything was inventoried, there was extensive damage to the shipment, and to date, the carrier has not paid their deductible for the damage their driver caused.

The carrier took a load from us that was a total loss due to their driver removing the security strap during the trip. Our customer is still awaiting payment from this carrier today after they said they sent payment, but no payment was ever received. They keep playing games about this payment.

Do Not Work With Company. This company is falsely advertising loads and having carriers fill out carrier packets so they can get your personal information in order to commit illegal activities.

Hello Brokers this company is scammer he is always late on delivering his promise to drivers and brokers. I used to driver for this company once i was still on dock and i picked another load and he called me and said take your ELD plug off if broker call you tell them i m still fixing the flat tyres so he can buy some time that the story of washington (west) so be careful work for this company there are few driver still in labour court for chasing for our hard earning money  

We booked a load from NJ to IN. with Nick Hernandez, from Dow Cargo, INC  MC#01585497 He made a promises that once the load gets delivered will issue a payment via ACH, within 3-5 days, we send all the requested paper work not limited to BOL'S. Suddenly communication stopped, we make several calls with no success we send a lot of emails but didn't get any response.

These guys are just scams & wasting time. I have all the documents to prove what i'm saying & i'll make sure to go for legal actions.

Superfleet is a disaster! Entrusted them with a load, expected a fair broker fee, but they outright refused to pay. Communication was a nightmare – messages and calls went unanswered. When they finally responded, Jourdan Penn blamed me for reaching out. Superfleet remains unresponsive and hasn't fulfilled payment obligations, showing a complete lack of professionalism. Their nonchalant attitude and disregard for partners raise serious concerns. Brokers, steer clear of Superfleet – they're unreliable, evasive on payments, and a risk to your time and money. Learn from my experience.

The issue with the system has returned all our payments and we are in a big mess right now, trying to send the payments via check not to accumulate the credit on us.
Please confirm the best mailing address and We shall issue a check to you ASAP.

They keep sending the same email over and over. DONNOT HAUL FOR THIS COMPANY IF YOU DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS PROBLEM OF LOOSING YOUR FUEL, PAYING MILES TO YOUR DRIVER, EQUIPMENT, TIME ETC... THIS IS SCAMMING A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. WILL BE REPORTE TO THE FMCSA.

They are selling loads to innocent carriers , when their load get delivered . They just hide themselves.
I have been chasing them for my payment from weeks now but they stopped answering calls and responding to emails .
We are going to claim against their SURETY BOND now .
IF YOU DO LOAD WITH THEM , FORGET ABOUT YOUR MONEY .
