This "broker" has yet to pay us and have been giving us the run around when they do actually answer the phone. I have been hung up on multiple times and the few times someone does stay on the line they will put me on hold and the call eventually drops. I will be filing a claim with the insurance today. This company is extremely unprofessional. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
