I am not aware of any claims on my company, no ones filed anything that i know of. As for cargowest they are a broker we have moved some loads for in the past. I have no idea what this double brokering thing is about

Books freight as Cargo West MC#1244303, then does not pay the actual carrier of the load.

Beware doing business with either company.

We do not book freight as cargowest, we are a carrier and book freight as Victory. If there are bad actors out there that are pretending to be Victory that are doing so. Please refrain from working with them.

Broker refused to accept accountability for their carrier’s illegal actions of brokering freight without a license. The delivering carrier on the load was not paid and this broker put the shipper/receiver at risk of being sued by delivering carrier.

The broker claims this is defamation/untrue, however it was revealed with proof that Ship Secure is (1) the original broker of a double brokered load; (2) Upon requesting settlement for the actual carrier, the broker refused, despite being provided sufficient proof of performance; and (3) the actual carrier is now in a legal process to recover payment from the shipper/receivers afforded under the law.

Be careful working with this company.
