Broker refused to accept accountability for their carrier’s illegal actions of brokering freight without a license. The delivering carrier on the load was not paid and this broker put the shipper/receiver at risk of being sued by delivering carrier.

Without an account setup, it is unacceptable for your client to be demanding Payment. We also suggest you review your client's history, as they appear to be attempting to scam vendors. If they have any proof that we assigned the shipment, please provide it to us.
