You will deliver load & never get paid. They will give you the run-around about contacting their accounting department & no one will ever answer.

Emily Mertz was very unprofessional when speaking in asking questions on transportation and how much it would be she’s my nephew girlfriend, which I see. He also commented on here Kacey Guffey.

Melissa was very professional, but her daughter Emily was not professional. She’s very rude. She’s very mean to animals when I tried calling her to make sure my appointment was still set. Emily was very rude on the phone told me that if we change we would call do not call me again, but then she called me 22 times I would never use this company again. I told all my friends and family not to use them.

I called them to see how much it would cost to transport from Dallas to Oklahoma was told $700 which is a good price but then I got called by Melissa‘s daughter Emily 36 times she was very unprofessional when speaking she was unprofessional when she showed up to pick my animals up so it’s all a show. She post on the Work page. I would not use this company whatsoever.

I agree with the other three comments Emily was not very polite when talking to her when she was trying to transport my animals she post videos on their business page, but it’s not truly how she acts with customers nor with the animals I would not recommend this company whatsoever

Emily was very poor customer service. She’s very rude and disrespectful and how she was treating my horses when she was picking them up. I ended up telling her to go on and I found someone else to transport my animals. I would not recommend this company whatsoever.

When transporting my animals they arrived sick and when I tried to talk to Emily about it, she’s very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company whatsoever. They might be a good deal pricewise but they treat animals is a different story and how Emily is with customers she’s not very polite either.

We booked a load with Yasin Inc from Houston Tx to Newport News, VA.
The dispatcher Adi Moisii. The load is for Friday (31st May) pick up, but he told me his truck got damaged in a road accident through email and he will pick it up on Monday (3rd June). We had fixed an appointment for Tuesday (4th June) earlier but now we made it for Wednesday (5th June).
Monday, he told me his truck is getting empty and after that he'll pick up my load. I was calling and emailing him to get the correct information but after waiting the whole day I got an email from him that the truck will not get empty today and again he is not able to pick up the load because the person he is dealing not answering his call.
They don’t even care to respond back on time. You need to call them again and again on your own, sending emails from your end.
It’s been Tuesday now and no update from him yet. I have to cancel the load and even lost my client because of their carelessness and delays in their response.

Called 3 times and all 3 times they picked the phone up and hung up without saying a word...
