This is a very unprofessional low budget company. if I could, I would give them no stars they make it sound good to real and customers and once you get in there, it’s not worth it but I guess it’s $65. You get what you pay for low budget service. They are very rude to the customers and the man owner always complains about the trash being heavy. He can’t pick it up. I just feel like if you’re running a business and you tell customers that they can have any amount of trash, as long as it’s not coming from other neighbors, then you have to uphold that agreement and they do not do that. I think everyone should just stick to Apple Valley . I would never go back to them nor would I ever recommend their services. They don’t even have a trash truck. They put everything on a trolley on the back of a pick up truck and the guy is too old to do lifting as well as the wife.

Original load was brokered to Mobi Express DOT2490124/MC862295. This load was picking up at DTH dock(broker). The truck that showed up to pickup was not Mobi Express. The carrier that showed up to pickup the freight was Transporting Communications LLC DOT#4152105/MC#1594144. The driver did not speak any english and could not produce a COI. No where on the truck it said "leased to" but that would also be a violation with 2 DOT#'s if it did. I spoke to Mobi Express, i was told on the phone the they gave this to another carrier that had the same owner. I explained it was still a seperate entity and carrier. Mobi Express did not understand it was still a double broker. On top of that, they sent an email trying to explain it and a lease agreement that shows the truck is leased to a different carrier as well as a insurance id card. The lease agreement is for the truck, it shows Mobi owns the truck and leases the truck to Transporting Communications. The ID card that was sent over has Transpo

Mr. Cambell and Wesley were amazing to work with and were very responsive in the emails that were sent back and forth. There was a misunderstanding with the pay timeline that was quickly rectified once Wesley was involved in the correspondence. They are now factored and we have no problems working with them in the future.

Utilizing services for which the owner committed to paying after a week, as per our discussion, even if you take one load voluntarily or not, but now that you've used the service and took multiple loads, they're not returning calls and have become untrustworthy. Every broker in the market exercises caution and avoids dealing with these imposters; don't put your confidence in them.

Scamer fraud with peoples.

This company just tried to double broker a load on 05/29/2024. Please watch out!
