no witnesses but they just don't wanna pay you. They sent us an invoice from nowhere with a ridiculous amount and are holding OUR payment back. When you call them to find out the problem they're just trying to scare you with the freight guard and that's all they can do. No explanation, no listening to the other side. I think the main point of doing business for this company is to lie and make money from carrier companies. They are just scammers.

They never pay you for your hauled load. They will try to find any reason to hold your payment and If they can’t find anything they will tell you that driver damaged  something and put a freight guard into your MC.  All we did was ask for our payment for the load our driver did, and instead of cooperating they just started blaming our driver for damages and requested money FROM us. We asked for proof or any pictures videos anything they have, and told them to open a claim with our insurance but still they'r only requesting money from us. Our insurance even agreed to pay for the damages ONLY if they provide proof, which they still haven' because they have no proof. So all they can do now is put a freight guard on out Mc. This company doesn’t give you any proof that it was your driver and just tell you that there was no other driver but yours on that day. Obviously , insurance company will decline the claim because no one can prove an accident. No pictures, no video, no damage on truck

The guy who tow’ed me was rude aggressive, and refused my payment. I was LITERALLY parked there for 2MIMUTES. Large man, with a large gut, brown/black beard & crew cut hair, younger and wore a black shirt, with ill fitting, ripped, black sweatpants. Drove a black truck that said ‘Frank’s Towing.’ Not the correct number on the truck. Most likely doesn’t have friends or family that care for him. Has a hubris that prevents him from making logical decisions. Y’all probably don’t care, but neither do I. Just figured I’d take advantage of my rights. Best of luck to that pudgy lump of meat, he will probably die alone and sad. Such a great employee, way to go guys, you really got yourselves a winner!
