He is a racist, he abuses everybody and he kidnap young kids from school and uses his truck to do this while carrying freight.

I’m the head of my trucking biz, and I'm getting ghosted by a broker, they’re all radio silence when I try to make things right. they handed off a load to an individual without double-checking anything with me. Now, when stuff hit the fan, they're pinning it all on me like I'm the only one to blame. I’ve reached out, trying to clean up this mess, but they ain't playing ball. I might have to go straight to the customer to clear the air. I got their contact info, and trust me, I’m not afraid to use it if that’s what it takes to fix this. Just trying to keep it real and protect my company's rep.

STAY AWAY-NO PAYMENT
We moved a load for them 4 months ago and never get paid!

A recent carrier booked a load with one of our agents, intended to double broker it, then failed to pick up the load. I have all email communications to prove that they are lying. This non-payment claim, they didn’t even show up to haul the load and were reported on Carrier411.com and they are mad about being caught. These guys are not even in the USA- Armenians working from outside the USA, double brokering load's and they simply don’t like being being found out.. QTI has is an established broker for over 35 years with great credit the entire time, our credit speaks volumes about the kind of company QTI is. Do your own research.

Service is really poor was threatened by person that runs shop and robbed me out of 740 bucks and a car that was supposed given. Would not tell anyone about this place it needs to be shut down!!!!

My Name is Tiwan Mullins my company is Nawit Transport Carriers LLC I did a load from GA to IL for this company and per rate con I was receiving funds quick pay April 12th load was delivered and was told over the phone that it was submitted for payment.it was no way to tell til Monday so I waited Mon came no money or broker emails,text, voicemail,nor phone calls I finally got in touch with someone on Wed 17th I told the broker i was getting worried at this point because i was calling since Monday he informed me the owner died and I gave my condolences for it was sad and I told him I took had just lost my mother on the 2nd .he said that there were sending funds I said ok
But still know funds I called again several times only to be told call me back in 10 mins or 30 mins but these where all lies!!!! I finally put in a claim on there bond but that's a process I even told them I was going to tell God on them but do you think anyone cared it's really sad how dishonest one can B

This broker does not do legitimate business. Steven Fugates had my company pick up two loads that were returned right back to the shipper. We received a call from the owner of the load asking us to return it, it was an illegitimate BOL. Fugates Fulfillment is a company of crooks.

Booking loads under PRIMELINE EXPRESS INC - I called and asked if they would pay their invoice, and was hungup on.
Do not book loads.

Booking loads as Direct Freight Management Inc - I called and asked if they ran a load from CA to AL, and was hung up on.
Beware and withhold payment if it's not too late.

we booked 3 loads with this broker and to date they never paid never returned calls and we sent them to collections and they still have not paid.  they are running a scam you can find carrier after carrier that is getting scammed.  they have been doing this for years they should not be left off the hook.
