Booking loads as Direct Freight Management Inc - I called and asked if they ran a load from CA to AL, and was hung up on.

we booked 3 loads with this broker and to date they never paid never returned calls and we sent them to collections and they still have not paid.  they are running a scam you can find carrier after carrier that is getting scammed.  they have been doing this for years they should not be left off the hook.

Me and my husband tried contacting this company many times because they are close by. How ever he would hardly answer text or calls and would ask for a large sum of money up front before we were to even talk about services! If I could rate this company a zero star I would! Stay far away from this scammer me and my husband are taking our money elsewhere!

This review is completely false and was filed out of spite. U&F was the carrier who double brokered our load and was caught. The driver they sent in was told it was a blind shipment going to IL, when it was really supposed to go to WA. None of the driver info or truck/trailer info matched. We spoke to the carrier, and they were not leased to U&F.   Once we filed a freight guard on C411, they made this false review to try to get back at us. We have a 97/100 credit score and pay carriers within 17 days. We have been in business for 30+ years. As you can see, the way this review was written was solely to harm our company, and nothing in the review is true.

George even called and told me that if I do not take the C411 review down, he will start writing harmful reviews. Not only did George file this false report, but he forwarded me the link to it right after so I could see that he is trying to harm our company. They are all Indian and they want quick pay, ACH, wire or zelle transfers all these double brokers refuse COD loads

AFTER I BOOKED THE LOAD WITH KENNY, PASSED AROUND 14H AND BEFORE A FEW HOURS OF THE PU SHE REFUSED TO DO THE LOAD, WAS ASKING ABOUT THE LOAD DETAILS AGAIN AND WAS TRYING TO CHARGE FOR MORE MONEY.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I COULD HAVE BOOK THE LOAD WITH ANOTHER CARRIER INSTEAD WASTING MY TIME WITH THEM

The load was never booked. I asked you several times for specifics. The mileage was listed at ZERO MILES when in fact, the distance between shipper to receiver was FIFTEEN MILES. The number of pallets fluctuated. Still, I tried reasoning with you without success. Your primary concern was, "I'm not making much money on the deal". At issue was the fact you wanted to pay one hundred dollars ($100.00) to ship 10 pallets, weighing 9600 pounds, fifteen miles to a time-consuming destination such as the Civic Center. I made it clear this could not cover the cost per mile (CPM). Subsequently, we respectfully declined the deal, and "nothing" was signed. If anything, our reputation for communicating with customers and availability stands high. Unfortunately, you can't please all the people all the time.

They are scammers. We hired them to move a truck  from WA to CA and they asked for a $300 down payment to get to pick up location, They never picked up the load after one week. We asked Cory Howard, which is the man I talked to refund the money multiple times and he just ignored us saying he will send it later… That never happened. This is the worst company we ever worked with, I will highly recommend not to work with them.

We worked for this carrier over a month and he never payed us and he never took care of us the trucks are in extreme bad conditions and do not have money for diesel literally it was always a problem. The driver layover for over weeks just because the owner didnt have money for diesel or didnt want to send money for diesel for the driver to deliver the load. I  recommend brokers do not book load with this carrier extremely irresponsable and does not comply plus he just cancelled his insurance.

I work for this stupid people they are from Uzbekistan very rude people all thief’s they dispatch Zero experience don’t know English they will hold your paycheck 2500$ whenever driver leave they not gonna give you back that money making some fake shit to robe you they are illegal in US they are not citizens yet just temporary permit and run truck company they ues two logbook for the driver their fake story ok when cops pull you over just say oh we team driver and I drop my codriver in this area bla bla in fact there is no codriver the guy with name Micheal very stupid guy he from Uzbekistan very cheap pig never pay for the equipment I have some proof will post for you guys
